Terms
Terms of service overview
These public terms are a product-level overview for evaluators and customers. They are not a substitute for a negotiated commercial agreement, order form, or data processing addendum where those are required.
1. Nature of the service
VeracityGXP is a document-review assistance service. It helps users identify spelling, grammar, consistency, and instruction-defined review issues. It does not replace final human review, legal judgment, regulatory judgment, or document approval responsibility.
2. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for deciding what content you upload, whether you have a lawful basis to process that content, which users you authorize, which provider path you choose, and what changes you ultimately make to your documents.
You remain responsible for validating whether the service is suitable for your regulated workflow, especially if your process has GxP, privacy, or internal validation requirements.
3. Evaluation-specific terms
Evaluation is an evaluation plan. It includes a limited managed AI allowance and is intended to remove the usual book-a-demo barrier, not to serve as an unlimited production environment.
Because Evaluation uses a VeracityGXP-managed provider path, your uploaded or pasted review content may be processed by our managed model subprocessors to generate output. If you require stricter provider control, regional controls, or custom contractual terms, use Bring Your Own Key or contact us for enterprise arrangements.
Evaluation allowances, throughput limits, and user limits may be enforced technically. Once the managed allowance is exhausted, continued use may require you to provide your own provider key or upgrade your commercial arrangement.
4. Acceptable use and sensitive data
Do not use the service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, security-hostile, or inconsistent with the provider terms attached to the selected AI model path.
If you plan to upload content containing personal data, health data, or other highly sensitive material, you must evaluate whether the selected plan, provider path, and contractual protections are appropriate. For many such cases, Evaluation will not be the right deployment mode.
5. Availability, limits, and changes
The service may apply queueing, concurrency limits, usage thresholds, and maintenance windows. Features, limits, models, and pricing may evolve as the product matures.
6. Intellectual property and outputs
You retain responsibility for your uploaded content. Generated findings and summaries are part of the service output delivered to your workspace, but they may still require human validation before operational use.
7. Termination and deletion
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or material breach. Workspace content may also be removed in line with retention settings, deletion requests, or legal requirements, while audit evidence of administrative actions may remain.
